Facilities
Your response requirements may not stop at commercial catering appliances. It may be that you have reported a fault with an appliance, which upon inspection, is due to the supply (i.e. damaged electrical socket, incorrect wiring to the appliance, undersized gas pipework etc). You may wish for us to rectify this for you. Also, you may have damaged safety flooring or suspended ceiling, a door come away from its hinges... our "facilities" capability can help;
